Zhao Bing, deputy director of Suzhou Anti-Drug Office and captain of the Anti-Drug Brigade of Suzhou Public Security Bureau, Chen Ding, deputy captain of the Anti-Drug Brigade of Suzhou Public Security Bureau, Qian Jiao , fourth-level director of hazardous chemicals safety law enforcement of Suzhou Emergency Management Bureau, Wu Yuanhao, director of the Security Department of Suzhou Transportation Bureau, Wang Guohong, president of Suzhou Precursor Chemicals Industry Association, Wu Wei, vice president of the association, as well as presidents and secretaries-general of various branches of the association, captains in charge of the Anti-Drug Brigade of Suzhou Public Security Bureau and anti-drug brigades of various sectors, and representatives of outstanding member units, about 50 people attended the event.
At the beginning of the meeting, the association secretariat summarized and reported on the association's work in 2023: In 2023, the municipal association added 83 new member units; it received leaders from the National Narcotics Control Office and the Provincial Narcotics Control Office to guide the work of the association many times. At the end of the meeting, Zhao Bing, deputy director of Suzhou Anti-drug Office and captain of the Anti-drug Brigade of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, pointed out that Suzhou Association of Precursor Chemicals is the first association of precursor chemicals in China. In recent years, the association has fully played the role of "bridge, window, and platform" and continuously improved its working mechanism. It has done a lot of fruitful work in standardizing industry management, strengthening industry self-discipline, carrying out publicity and training, serving industry units, exploring information management, and supporting anti-drug work.
